T.J. Osborne is a policy fellow with Evergreen. He will be graduating this summer from Johns Hopkins University with a Master of Science in energy policy and climate. For his thesis project, T.J. studied the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative through an environmental justice lens. He also holds a degree in Environmental Science from Hampton University and spent several years working on state and federal climate and energy policy. T.J. is excited to draw on his diverse experience to advocate for a just and inclusive clean energy future alongside Evergreen’s policy team. Originally from Virginia Beach, T.J. currently resides in the Washington, D.C. area. In his free time, you can find him golfing, skateboarding, or beating his personal records on the track.
